• And if you need that extended support and guidance while implementing changes.

• Add this consult to your cart - you will be asked to fill out my in-take form in order to add to cart. This will help Tam better understand your Babe’s whole entire sleep situation.

• Tam will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule your phone call and ask any additional questions that pop up.

• You will receive your very own personalized sleep assessment and plan the day before your scheduled call.

• Make sure you have read over your assessment and all the supporting documents before our call so we can go over any area’s you think you may need more clarity on.

• You will have 21 days of unlimited text/voice message sleep support -

• Access to scheduling up to 6 phone calls during this time as well.

• When the support concludes, you are left with a “wrap up” of our time together, some parting suggestions and a “cheat sheet” with some future expectations and guides.

• Around about 1 month after our support ends, you can cash in a check-in phone call.
